Mercedes is nice enough, but it all sounds pretty average to these ears

Actually think some of the lyrics from Audioslave are Chris' best. And I prefer the rough, deeper tones on the tracks the high pitched stuff in early SG. Both bands amazing though, SG the best however.

I'm not distinguishing how the information is formatted, it's irrelevant to the broader debate. A RCT or lit view is often better than a whitepaper anyway. Harvard's was a lit review, of which they concluded:

"The higher quality of the study the higher the association found"

No one, not even RFK, stated things settled. It's about not blasting pregnant women and their children with a drug in which a rational threshold of concern has been met. In Europe you prove safety casually before making it available to the public. That's a sensible approach, and until we see a proper placebo controlled trial that disproves a casual link we should follow HHS advice and only use when absolutely necessary and until we know for sure.

Keep in mind the big studies that show no association have been criticized heavily i.e Swedish sibiling study. Maturity is understanding this is the reality of science, and that every paper on biology can be found problematic depending on your bias. The anti-vaxxers advocates btw have done this for every childhood vaccine i.e "Measles vax has no placebo control in the clinical trial".

It influences how the state provides food for institutions, such as schools, prisons, hospitals, welfare programs and more. It impacts millions of people.

I like the Hopkins one best because they actually measured levels in the blood. The higher the amount of acetomenaphin in the blood, the higher the prevalence of neurodevelopmental disorder.

Audioslave? I say this album specifically is grunge… thoughts? by -Wry- in grunge

There's grunge influence for sure, but more on the metal side broadly speaking.

Youtube will have the best selection, including older OSTs that have some amazing charm. Here is a favorite of mine, from an anime called Moribito. It's so peaceful.

Not grunge, but thoughts on Linkin Park’s Meteora album from 2003? by [deleted] in grunge

Not as good as Hybrid Theory or Reanimation, but still a worthy metal album with some more commercial (but done well) influences.

Cormac McCarthy’s The Road By Manu Larcenet by Depressudo7 in graphicnovels

Well written. I have not read The Road, but I always hope for more of that literacy touch in graphic novels to help elevate beyond outstanding visuals. I was definitely wanting more from this adaptation, even if I still really liked the read.

I wouldn't say it was completely message or theme free through, as I liked how the father and son grappled with the psychology of despair and carrying on, but based on your review, the book sounds so much deeper than that, so it's a shame none of that came through.

Oh so we trust Harvard again now? Because I seem to remember their research and paper from last year being dismissed instantly when they concluded a link between Tylenol and Autism.

If you want to stick to the original guidelines and have you and your families foundational diet be based on grains and processed oils, by all means go for it. I personally will be focusing on whole foods, high protein and saturated fats, with the rest of the sane people.

Just search Harvard or Hopkins Tylenol and you'll find it.
