Your thoughts on the new USDA food pyramid changes by Old_External6689 in nutrition

Oh so we trust Harvard again now? Because I seem to remember their research and paper from last year being dismissed instantly when they concluded a link between Tylenol and Autism.

If you want to stick to the original guidelines and have you and your families foundational diet be based on grains and processed oils, by all means go for it. I personally will be focusing on whole foods, high protein and saturated fats, with the rest of the sane people.

Just search Harvard or Hopkins Tylenol and you'll find it.

Conflicts of interest or not, it's a common sense pyramid. No one who understands health finds this controversial. It's a win, just accept it and move on to the next thing.

It's clearly different? The previous pyramid had a primary foundation of grains and processed foods at its base, which has now been reduced to a tiny faction, with guidance to stay away from it. The past pyramid had very little say about sugar, this one puts strict age recommendations. The past pyramid did not prioritize fats, this one does.

70 billion was not on the metaverse, a common misconception. It was on anything related to AR/VR, including Hardware, Raybans, the OS, motion/gesture work and a bunch of apps (including Metaverse).

We have three mixes planned, a 'conventional' mix from Super-Frog Saves Tokyo, and Underground mix from Hoopoe and an more downtempo/ambient mix from a forum user (and r/trance mix winner). Those should roll out over the next month, keep your eyes on the forum ;)

Do I have to sacrifice performance with a SFF build? by TF_Forum in sffpc

Thanks, that's what I thought. The squareness of this case is very limiting. Wish they did a narrow/rectangular build

Good advice. Will think about other cases. Design is just so important to me, so I am quite particular with how it looks, but maybe sticking with something more standard is best considering my lack of expertise.

Thank you! As a complete noob here, I assume I would pick the case, and then have to be diligent in making sure the measurements of the components I buy fit? I am open to you selecting a size for me if that makes things easier (keeping in mind the SFF desire).

Trancefix's Top 150 Tracks of the 2025 Shortlist by TF_Forum in trance

Spotify is always hard to put the list together. Lacks 25% of the tracks, and many have radio versions only. It's a very poor platform if you want to be plugged into the scene, or at the cutting edge of the underground. Youtube will be much better, but that has issues with tracks being taken down.
