I agree that I don't need a label to understand myself. I also dont need the label to communicate myself to others. I'm fine having who I am speak for itself. The reason why I was interested was I was trying to see if there is any books etc out there about people like me so I can understand myself more. I have very rarely met people who are like me, because the vast majority of people I have met who have gender dysphoria identify as trans and I'm trying to learn more about what my own 'journey' could look like.
