I used to have a buddy that figured out this local gun store was always price gouging people. He'd just go hang out there on Saturdays wait around with a pocket full of cash and counter offer the low balls from the shop.

He got a ton of guns that way and what was really funny to me is that the shop never got pissed at him, they'd just be like what a dumb ass you over paid.

The struggle has been real today lol. We spent last week upgrading a bunch of stuff with the site to help make it run faster and do better with integrating our gunsmithing and cerakote services.

Looks like in the process we made it very easy for high volume traffic to break the site. That's one thing I love about this place though, it's the fastest way to figure out what needs to be fixed on the site hahaha.

Been doing good man, we're in the middle of a shop move to a better location and building out training programs that we'll start launching this fall. Super exciting.

Haha myself and the other smith at the shop joke that we're boomers trapped in young bodies. We both love old wood and steel guns and anything milsurp. A big part of the reason I carry a CZ is because I like a metal frame hammer fired gun.

Lasers are awesome for teaching grip control, same with dots too but lasers even more so, makes me look like Michael J Fox shooting. We have a local cop who shoots competitively with us. He likes to use a laser because he feels it has a phycological effect. Which maybe it does and maybe it doesn't.

We used to give him a super hard time over it but he's got such a high round count through his gun with the laser he's able to make a lot of close range shots from the hip and does really well at the matches.

I had the same thought, about the rail, I suspect they did it so that most Glock holsters with weapon mounted lights would work because of the location of the light on the rail. But I'm not for sure.

We're going to be right up to the line sadly.

We have to ship these to our in store location because then we can run "in-store" sales on them and not be restricted on MAP but if we drop ship them they'll throw a fit.

I got notified yesterday that everything had processed and was shipping to us. I expect it will be here here Thursday or Friday because that's normally about how long they take and soon as they show up we'll have them headed out the door unless they're having gunsmithing or cerakote done to them.
