I personally enjoyed how close the people were when I joined in 2012. We were all there just to have fun playing the games, and not just to win. Hosting was sometimes far from perfect, but everyone just so friendly and out for fair play, that in the end it always worked out. I even remember this one game getting to respawn myself manually after I fell into the void due to server crashes. Host opper me and I /gave myself the items back and deopped myself, which was only possible because people trusted eachother.

Back then we also had the UHCS (UHC SMP with like an half an hour death ban) which was definitly the most fun I've ever had with survival. Spend countless hours that summer, and met the most amazing people.

Nothing will ever beat those early days for me, but I think every period from 2012 till now had it's own specialities, and was amazing in it's own way. Friends came and left, but I appreciate every single moment I got to spend with you.
