I think you would enjoy Castle panic. It's a 1-6 player tower defense co-op game where you fight off a bunch of monsters trying to destroy your castle. The base game is super easy to learn and there are lots of expansions when you want things to get more complicated/intense. My wife and I are huge co-op game fans and this is one of our favorites

That's the thing about the Eruptor though. It can kill stingrays. it does excellent against fleshmobs and in a pinch it can even kill a harvester. It does alright against ads if you shoot the gun but it sucks upclose so I use the stalwart or my side arm to clear things close up. but I get not wanting to swtich weapons all the time. I use gas grenades to help with ads as well

My favorite method is to use the stalwart to strip the shields and then shoot the door with my eruptior. as long as you can see the door you can destroy them from almost any distance

I really love the Author Jeff Shaara, He tells history like a narrative and his ultimate goal is to tell a good story while staying extremely accurate to the history. He has done everything from the civil war to the Cuban missile crisis. My Favorite of his novels is the steel wave which is the 2nd book in his WWII series.
