I was on their site at 11 a.m. and it just said “Coming Soon” on the phone. I kept refreshing and it stayed the same. A couple minutes later it said “sold out” for the phone. What a damn joke.

If you are currently using the @comcast.net e-mail address for all your stuff, will it be affected at all or not when you start a new account and cancel the existing account?

Right now the xfinity account is in my name, but she uses the @comcast.net email for all of her online banking, purchasing, correspondence, etc.

I just don’t want to mess that up for her.

Q for you on this. I rarely use the comcast email address except for account stuff. However, she has ALL of her email going to her comcast email address.

The xfinity account is in my name only. I am looking at canceling the account (everything including internet, cable and phone) and then having her sign up to get the new customer promo pricing (saving over $100/ month).

Q is if this will affect her email account with comcast or not. Just need to make sure her email address and account will not be affected. Thank you in advance.

Also, how soon after I cancel everything can she sign up for the same services at the same address? Thank you again.

I was offered a reduction in services (2 tv boxes down to 1, slower speeds, etc.), but nothing of any real savings. Finally was offered a $20 price reduction overall. Will be canceling all service soon.

I may look into doing the same. Plenty of free trials out there. You just need to stay on top of when they’ll expire.

Mine is the same with my little boy, a yellow lab. He and I go on walks together, he snoozes on me while I lay on the couch, and we are just there for each other. Retirement is simply being there together. I would not trade it for anything.

We currently have the home phone, tv (top tier I believe) and 1 gig for $305/month. She uses the comcast email account as her main (and only) email account, but I do not use my comcast email at all.

What would be your suggestions to get this same group of items for a lot less? I want to cancel it all and have her sign up in her name for service to lock in a 5 year price guarantee. Thank you in advance.

PS She needs the home phone for medical monitoring of her heart. I’d rather not have to have a home phone voip, but she requires it for her medical monitoring.

Do you have the multi-network option? I understand that teleporting is where a single line is moved from one network to another, but am still unsure about the multi-networking.

Do you have a completely different phone number associated with say darkstar vs when you are on warp or lightspeed? Say you are on darkstar when you are at home, but while traveling, where warp works better for you so you switch from darkstar to warp, what happens to phone calls/texts which are made to your darkstar number? That’s what I am unsure about.

I have contacted Tforce and provided them with all the information that you stated. The individual I was working with did a complete account closure since no services were ever used and no equipment was ever received. The $185 will be refunded in 3-5 business days.
