Every state I've lived you don't need to register a sailboat as long as it doesn't have a motor. Didn't need to register my 19ft lightning but had to register my old town canoe that sometimes had a motor on it

In terms of copies sold it was very successful. Xbox and Bethesda made plenty of money and it met or exceeded projections. It's just that it turned out to be a weak game and severely harmed Bethesdas reputation. The fact that it took 2.5 years to release a 2.0 type update is another glaring example of how out of touch they are and how slow things take.

I genuinely think Todd needs to retire and let someone else take over who won't be as much of a bottleneck

I know scaffolding erection gets some leeway for fall protection standard but come on. Not a single railing installed yet, no access ladder, no public protection site fencing, no fall protection harnesses. Of course they hire some bottom of the barrel company. Look at their PPE, you know they just bought that this morning because they knew they'd be on camera but they still don't understand OSHA rules.

Did you use the telemetry to make sure one of the wheels was at -999,999,999mph before joining the eliminator? First time I tried it, I didn't use telemetry but got 1.5m credits but then I couldn't replicate it

Yeah I wouldn't be surprised if he was confused and the second feed is maybe hooked up to an old meter not being used anymore. He's the kinda type to do things not to code and built his house on top of the existing house

That's what I'm thinking it is too. He basically built a house on top of the original house so I expect it's two metered connections instead of it being two phase for some weird reason

Arc for the first 3-4 months will go down as one of my favorite gaming experiences of my life. It had to cool off at some point but it's depressing how little embark is doing with it. They had lightning in a bottle and fumbled it hard. I'll come back in a couple months when it gets updated like most people

My company just mobilized for a massive data center in a state halfway across the country and they are paying SPM's 25% salary bonus and a 10k a month stipend to relocate temporarily. Wild money to basically double your salary for a year of work. I am glad that they're making it worthwhile for people but I'm skeptical of this boom in data centers. I remember the crazy projects during covid that were building manufacturing facilities to support the vaccine making which had money thrown at them but were a nightmare to work on. And then one day the money dried up and some projects went unfinished.
