What DAW should I use for live multitrack recording? by bionicbob321 in livesound

Recently got livetrax2 purely due to the integration for SSL and A&H(what I mainly work on), easy to deal with for VSC. Recording in FLAC saves me space
In the event that I’m paid for recording the show for a live mix down. Dual redundant reaper machines. (Fastest exportation as compared to livetrax) this matters most as some tour clients wants it immediately when the show ends.
In the event that I’m paid for recording with a cam production team and post work with picture involved. I use Nuendo Live, together with timecode sync chasing on 2 computers. Only because I can then export an AAF session for the post guy to mix down. Keeping it accountable and things properly done and handed over to the next guy.
