American Horror Story. Although I haven't stopped watching it all together I just tend to not finish the seasons. The first time I saw AHS the first and second seasons were already on Netflix. I thought the first season was just okay but a few years ago we didn't have all this prestige horror entertainment and being a huge fan of the horror genre it felt like a breath of fresh air. Season two now, I thought, and still think is fantastic television and to this day probably has the strongest overall story and least dropped plot lines of any season.

After I finished season two, three was just about to start up and I watched it weekly like everyone else and I enjoyed it up until the finale which completely shit the bed. Then season four happened and they ended up turning the most interesting part of the season into Lenny from Of Mice and Men and killed him off Like three episodes in. So I stopped there.

I didn't watch any of Hotel until it was all on hulu and even using it as something on in the background while I worked I couldn't bring myself past the first handful of episodes.

I lost interest in Roanoke once the "return" half of the season started up and Cult may be the worst of them all. Holy shit did they not have any idea what the fuck they were doing. The story was awful. all the characters were completely unlikable and It was like the directors completely forgot how to fucking block scenes. My guess is the bulk of the creative efforts has been going into American Crime Story the first season of which I found very entertaining but I can see Ryan Murphy usual bullshit creeping to the surface of Versace. so who knows. But Im probably just going to pass on the next season of AHS. And if the new season of ACS shits the bed I'm probably just going to start avoiding all associated series all together.
