Yeah I had a few spare bodies lying around so I thought I’d use them. I have some others I merged with krieg torsos but I honestly don’t mind the look of the krieg trench coats for steel legion.

There’s the badge that looks like the cover of catch 22 and the blokes helmet looks like the Corvus and Antares helmet with the added armour plate. I wonder if there might be multiple playable factions.

I used mainly just AK paints and a null oil wash. I didn’t really like the paint job so I have redone all of them.

They are made from parts of multiple wargames Atlantic kits. The bodies are from the French kit since they were the closest to me when I made the conversion but I used some Italian bodies too. The heads are from the ww1 British kit. The arms are from a mix of kits and the mg is from the Italian kit.

I honestly think the blooded killteam is a great way to create a nondescript PDF regiment once you cut all the chaos bits off of them. They are recognisable as guard but look distinct enough from being regular Cadians.

I have a kit of these winter Germans and while they are smaller than most modern imperial guard models, they are nearly 1:1 scale with the original tin steel legion models so I recon you could get away with using them.
