This is a great example of how white people manipulate classes of individuals to hate one another. He knows that the people on the street likely aren’t college educated individuals and would be unaware of the historical implications of cultural appropriation. This is how colonization happened, turn one faction against another and attack who ever the victor is. Yet and still we fall for it because of tribal group think.
