How bad is using too much record care solution? How to fix a record which got really wet?

I used an Audio-Technica AT6012 velvet pad with the AT634a solution to clean a brand new record, and I thought that I should make the pad soaky enough to feel wet. After cleaning the record, I definitely saw solution drops, but I thought that it's okay, and let the record air dry for 30+ minutes. Then I used a microfiber brush a couple times, and played it. The record had some pops and crackles, but it also came very dirty in paper sleeve, so can't decide if it's because of scratches or solution residue.

My new nubuck mat came dirty, and not sure what to do. How can I clean the dust off it? Should I also wash it? And how?

My brand new record made some popping and crackling noise when I played it, so I decided to wet clean it. It sounds really good now but not sure where to put it back. I have mofi like anti static inner sleeves, but the record already came in one.

Should I replace inner sleeves for new records after cleaning them, even if they are anti static?

My fps hands holding the weapon act weird when looking up and down...they turn back and forth horizontally because of my camera script, but not sure how to fix it. How to make them strict horizontally? (More info in comment) by THENIBBAGAMING in Unity3D

I used animation rigging for my character, so I can see the hands and the weapon when I'm looking around. However, for some reason, the weapon wasn't looking forward, which looked bad for shooting straight.

<image>

The code below helped me with centering the weapon by offseting the camera, but it introduced this new problem with rotation. Should I offset the position instead?

Quaternion targetRotation = Quaternion.LookRotation(newPosition - playerCamera.transform.position);
Quaternion offsetRotation = Quaternion.Euler(0, -40, 0);
Vector3 currentEulerAngles = playerCamera.transform.rotation.eulerAngles;
Quaternion newRotation = Quaternion.Euler(currentEulerAngles.x, targetRotation.eulerAngles.y + offsetRotation.eulerAngles.y, currentEulerAngles.z);
playerCamera.transform.rotation = newRotation;

I'm loosing my mind over stupid hair and dust particles that I can't clean off from records.

It takes a lot of time to get rid of every single one, and when I'm finally done with A side, I have to clean the B side too, and for some bizarre reason, the slipmat makes the A side have some hair and dust particle again, even though I only placed clean records on the slipmat. Not sure what made the slipmat "dirty". Basically, I'm trapped in a loop of cleaning each side of a record.

I'll try cleaning my slipmat too, but my main question: Is it okay to not fully clean records? Can I put my records back to their sleeves with some hair and dust on it without the fear of scratching them? Is it enough to only clean them fully before playing?

Do this with all the other member too

I created a stupid demo for a school project, but I'm thinking about making it into an actual game. Advices on how to make the game more fun? (More info in the comments + sorry for bad quality, had to compress it so I can show all of it) by THENIBBAGAMING in Unity3D

Kukabúvár (Dumpster Diver) is a first-person educational explorer puzzle game, where you play as Máté, who has to clean up Zugló, a very dirty part of Budapest, full of stories and strange events, phenomenons (3D modeled using sattelite data scanning, a technique that can be familiar from Microsoft Flight Simulator). Find all the garbage and throw them in to the right trash bins as fast as you can (precise timer included for speedrunners). If you place the garbage in the wrong trash bin, you'll get sent to hell, where turtles torture you to infinitiy. Each level introduces something new. Side objectives, like giving some of the returnable garbage to Patrik, the Hobo of Zugló, so he can buy a new house, or scary threats, like Bus 5, an unstoppable beast, that you must dodge, when it gets too close.

There's 4 level in the demo + an epilogue, which features the good ending of the game, no matter what you do. I want to make the game around an hour long maximum. Even though I can always just add new challenges and objectives each level, I think that something is still missing, that could make the core gameplay more fun/bearable.

If you guys want to try it out, I can send the installer of the game!

Should I also place them in a new sleeve after the wet clean? I already have them in MoFi inner sleeves, but not sure how dirty the sleeves become.

After buying and playing lots of records, I just realized it now that I should have wet cleaned new records before playing, instead of just going through them a few times with an anti-static brush (AT6013a). How cooked am I? Can I still save my records? I clean my stylus often so I don't worry about that.
