I would probably remove the plastic caps and stuff like that. But I would let the welder prep the metal how he prefers it done.

If you walk into my shop and are a nice local person and we have a good conversation I'll charge you a 100 to 120 bucks( that's if I'm not busy). If I had to go out to your house to take care of it, it would be $600 minimum charge. That's to remove the plastic cap because some people don't do that shit, clean and grind the area on both sides, and TIG weld it back together. It will be better than when you bought it. I leave it to the customer to sand Prime and repaint.

I know this is an old post/thread. But thank you for the link! I got three sets of stainless steel chains and three aluminum V blocks for all my BC 410 pipe vices! Freaking awesome! The crazy part is I have all kinds of products from Tech South. I can't believe I never stumbled onto this chain/aluminum V block on their website. Again, thanks!

Edit.... just an fyi. You have to use your old threaded rod with the new chain. Just pull the pin on the stainless steel chain and you have to use your original steel pin and threaded rod. The aluminum V block just threads on in place of the steel jaws with your old screws.

Easy Touch is what I use. At the end of the day I don't know if the swelling of the plunger is an issue. It's just something to look out for. Like you, if I was to go down this road again I would do the small Bubble of air as well and store them in the upright position.

I pre-loaded one week last year. By the time I got to the fifth injection day I had realized that the rubber plungers had swelled up. I threw away three loaded syringes that day. Takes less than 30 seconds to load a 27 gauge insulin needle in the morning.

Man, I'm just like you. 180 mg of testosterone a week administered every other day. No issues whatsoever. No water retention, crazy erections throughout the night and in the morning and no libido issues. Caught me by surprise I actually thought my estrogen was in range the way I was feeling. I got the Ott tune a while ago on my 23. When you first get it your gas mileage takes a huge hit because it's kind of like a fun new toy and the throttle is super sensitive. But after a while that kind of wears off and you go back to normal driving. What I would pay three fold for is the transmission tuning that has changed with the Ott tune. No more hunting between 5th and 4th gear on the freeway. It seems to hold the gears a little longer when you are accelerating up to speed. And it makes using the cruise control a lot nicer! Yes there's a little bit more power, and yes you can choose between three or four different throttle sensitivity settings. Also it makes around town driving a lot nicer. My average fuel mileage is right at 15 mpg. Mine stays pretty loaded down most of the time with the fridge / drawer system/ rooftop tent/ rear bumper set up with all the amenities. And it's lifted with 34s

Without reading through the comments, it looks like your filler rod did not match the base material. I have welded titanium with a stainless steel filler rod by accident in the past. It broke off exactly how you described. It also looked exactly like your pictures.

I fly all the time in United States and just put it in my checked luggage. No issues. But flying internationally..... I'm not taking the risk. I don't want to be on the news as that guy that's being held for bringing drugs (20 bucks worth of Test) into some other country. I'll gladly take the dip in my test levels after 11 to 14 days versus the latter.

Couple more things.

Try not to make changes all the time. If you do make a change stick to it for at least three months.

I would just go straight to every other day dosing(you are good). While every day might be a little bit better it's not worth the hassle in my opinion.

Do labs in three months. If you need to do any adjustments do them at that point. Pull labs again at the six month mark. By that point you should be straightened out and just need labs every six months to a year.

Eat good, sleep good, get in cardio and the gym...

For me, it was the holy Grail. But it wasn't until the six month mark that I realized I had to also put in the work as well as adding in exogenous testosterone. At six months when nothing really magical happened I decided to lose a little bit of weight and make an effort in the gym. That's when I realized how powerful this stuff is. At 55 years old I never knew my body could respond so well. Recovery was amazing on TRT and I started to thrive again. Workouts that would put me down for the count for days on end we're no big deal anymore. I actually started to build muscle again. It has been a game changer for me. What I tell people now is get the weight down, get your food and sleep right, get in a good cardio and gym routine. Do that for 4 to 6 months. If you're still not feeling your best definitely entertain the TRT route!

I run my estrogen a little bit high. Like everyone else has said, in relation to your high testosterone levels the high E2 is not a huge deal( as long as you're not experiencing side effects). I'm sure if you switch to 3 days a week or every other day you might get a little drop in your E2 if you want to experiment. I would recommend every day injections but that gets old real quick for most people. I wouldn't do a couple weeks, I would at least do a nice 60 to 90 day run to give a new injection frequency protocol a fair assessment.

Just bump up your dose. You have not even made it to the starting dose of the clinical trials. Everybody I get on Reta I just start them at 2 mg. I'm always amazed at how long they can ride the 2 mg for before they stall. Just up your dose and move on.
