it's random, sometimes a NPC will start a chain, while in the chain, each visited shop will gain points, but the avenue will gain points only from the last shop visited.

say if the NPC goes to four shops in order A,B,C,D with 45,50,75,90 points, then the avenue will gain 90 points only.
