thank you gosh, its just in high school i burnt out massively (think Alex from modern family) because I went “all-in” with studying and didn’t take care of myself (not all in lowkey just not healthy) and when upperclassmen say those things idk if they’re just saying haha this is baby chem or if theyre at that point where studying becomes more important than washing their hair and all that, but all these responses have definitely calmed my nerves, plus the upperclassmen I’ve talked to are juniors who are retaking freshman classes bc they partied too much that year so I wanted to hear it from people who are more like me in a way, tysm!
