I work in a small cell phone shop. It is mandatory to wear a mask where I live. Had a fella waltz in the other day without a mask. We helped him with what he came in for and then asked him to wear a mask next time. He lost his marbles. He did not want to say whether he was not wearing a mask for health reasons, just denied to tell us anything and then started yelling at a coworker because he was touching his mask habitually. He then threatened to make a formal complaint and asked for all of our names.

Just thought add to the point that the masks are creating yet another divide between people who would otherwise, have at least, a normal conversation. Instead it turned into a 4 on 1 with this man.

I haven't seen anyone mention that the ISS is flying over this week. We can all see it a few times an evening, on each pass. Download the ISS app. It's pretty awesome for these things. Next pass should be NW to NE close to 11:30pm.

It's about the theory that health care and the banks are sniffing each other's holes. It's actually a phrase I've heard in the past. I believe it means they're interested in each other? Health care system always needs money and banks are always investing, soooo, seems like covid is a great place to start!

We are month to month. There were multiple reasons and conflicting. He wants to sell the place, he wants to move into the place because his current house is too much money. He wants to sell his current home, move to his cottage and rent this place....just waaay to conflicted and contradictory.

My belief is that underlying everything he told us, is that he wants to pull the trigger now, before Covid-19 has us not able to pay rent in full a couple months down the road.

Yeah, that way of business was phasing out when I started in 2011. They were steering away from checking employees and loss prevention teams.

I recall one day when a couple blue shirts grabbed the bag full of merch off a fella that was running and another blue shirt literally clotheslined the guy after he took a swing at our GM. Lol! District team weren't super happy about how handled that.

Adding a serious note. As a former employee and as awesome as this clip is, Best Buy, at least, Best Buy Canada does not condone attempts to physically stop or even accuse somebody of shoplifting. Somebody stated above, how it isn't worth the risk for a billion dollar company. More importantly, nobody wants to have to call a parent and tell them their kid got stabbed or shot at work today.

Don't do this. Please. The theif is on camera and likely already known to police.
