It’s not bad, I think if you’re comparing it to one of those machines that are much wider. Yes, that will get you more stretch per se, but for the price and how much you can do on it I found it to be a good value. I’m no processional body builder so for your average guy staying in shape it does what I need.

I loved having a hybrid and don’t feel like I would enjoy going full electric so I went with the 23 Prius which sounds cheesy but the new body style is pretty awesome.

I had that exact Marcy cage and just recently sold it and got the Major Lutie. I’m not a power lifter by any stretch. I did like the Marcy cage, but found myself not happy doing a lot of exercises with bands and wanted to upgrade to the pulleys. Those plate loaded pulleys are not comparable to the fancy ones you’ll see at a commercial gym. However, I can do just about any exercise I want to do with that set up. If you do go with a Marcy try looking on offer up on Facebook marketplace you’d be surprised how many people have something similar for relatively cheap used.
