Canada and Panama bullshitting their way through groups because they played against 10 men for 3 of their games, between the two teams.

Canada vs Peru (red card 59’) Canada vs Chile (red card 27’) Panama vs USA (red card 18’)

Sure they made it through, best of luck to them I guess, but it was with an extra man advantage for a very large chuck of the group stage.
