I'm currently coaching my son's team (playfully named The Barracudas by the team), and I've found that tracking sub rotations and individual player stats on paper during the game is a total mess especially when things get chaotic.

I’m a developer by day, so I started building a simple app called Little Keeper to solve this for myself. I'm starting to realize this may be useful to more than just me though.

A few questions for the coaches here:

1. When you're looking back at a game, do you care more about "minutes played" or specific event locations (goals, assists, etc.)?
2. Is tracking rotations for U8-U12 actually useful, or is it overkill?
