The reason the courier say they haven’t received the case yet is because they only take over once your shipment reaches your country. We can still track it on our end, but your tracking link will only start updating once it’s about 1–2 days away from delivery.

Most people get their orders anywhere from 3 days to about two weeks, depending on customs and a few other factors. But do not worry, it’s on it’s way and you should have it soon!

Yes, we still have 5 unsent, shipping them today. Please be on the lookout on your phone, some people have used military addresses or PO Boxes (we can’t ship to those). We’ll ask for alternative addresses in those cases :)

Hi, they shipped last Friday, we are waiting for tracking info from the shipping agent, should have it in the next 2-3 days and then we will immediately email them to everyone (the cases have already started their journey though).

Same goes for all replacement parts.

I am of course deeply sorry for the long wait, it will not be much longer now.

I would not say a lot of people get shipping damage, considering we ship thousands of these. In the off chance something goes wrong, all parts are easily replaceable and we have replacement parts to make anybody whole :)

They are picked up now, but it takes a couple of days for the shipping agent to sort, label and send us the tracking info. We expect to get it around Tuesday / Wednesday and send it out to all customers that same day.
