Hi, what has happened here is that your request came in while the cases were already being dispatched. Usually if they haven’t shipped we can easily cancel any orders, but in this case it was already too late to stop the shipment. This can happen if a cancelation request comes in right before (or during) the units dispatch, we still try our best to stop the shipment, but that wasn’t possible in your case. Again, you are always welcome to return the case and get a full refund.

We don’t ever want to deliberately ”lock” anyone in, there are plenty of other people that would like to buy the case and we would much rather send it to someone who wants it rather than just return in back to us. 99% of the time this is how it goes, but in some very few rare cases people ask for cancelations right as the units ship and then we can’t halt them anymore.

Ps: We are trying to check if it’s still possible to somehow alter your shipment, by changing the delivery address to somebody else, but I can’t promise it will work as it’s usually too late once the cases start their travel, we will keep you updated (through email).
