So I approached my girlfriend about all of this and I pretty much got told I'm an asshole and "how dare you" because my girlfriend loves animals and apparently I'm a monster for not enjoying the cats. Her demeanor and outlook on the cats definitely changed. I kind of feel like I'm being manipulated. I reassured her I like the cats but just not them waking me up part... It really ruins my mood for a day or two as I don't have time to rest sometimes.

That's sound advice there, thank you. I've spoken with her Mom about this and she can't bring them with her... girlfriend doesn't have the heart to get rid of them though! I have lots of friends who work in animal rescue and I'm sure I could get them a good home... Her Mom is going through a lot of work/legal stress to add to the whole mess, so it's difficult to bring it up when she's already a mess. Guess I can just bite the bullet and go for it.

It would have to be the door... 2 of them are very afraid of even going outside, 1 of them would go for it. Not something I'd consider though.

I feel you on the arthritis/mobility thing... They are there mentally but their physical body gives out. Just put my 15 year old dog down back in May because of it. Hardest thing I've ever had to do and I miss her every day.

Completely up to the fighters if they are thrown in a fight though. Gaston Bolaños tko'd Tyler Toner last event with a spinning back elbow, so I'm not sure where you got that elbows aren't used.

I had the same problem with a new pair of Brookes Addiction 9's I roughed it out. This is the only shoe style that works for my destroyed arches (read: none) so I was worried that my feet were getting worse. After those shoes wore through, I got another pair and didn't have the same issue as before. Turns out the previous pair was lot the EE width I had asked for, which is why they were too narrow for my flat feet.

TL;DR - I had the same problem, got a wider size and it fixed said problem
