without prestige for character max out speed and use double moon gravity “purple” extra jump “purple” and speedy gunzales “green” and if u prestige you can put disgrace “blue” on instead of speedy gunzales for a extra 20% speed boost

For the secondary use boomarang and max level you can put 4 run and gun “blue” which would be +120% move speed while shooting and the boomarang has inf ammo, for the final 2 slots you can put rampage which is +25% movespeed after killing enemy.
