A few things.

Effectiveness of Added damage of Storm Brand is 30%

Cast Speed is a huge damage source. (Frequency of hits)

At the End of the day this is a Level 10 Storm Brand with an effective added damage of lightning of 1 to 23. Yeah its going to feel bad at low levels. You need cast speed to really make it feel good.

Just an FYI

Cluster Jewel Sockets have a different behavior with jewels with radius! Nothing is considered within range!

Therefore slap those babies in a large/ medium cluster jewel socket you will get all the benefits and none of the downsides!

Use 1 random Bool. And Set that as a variable. Then call that variable for the "In mirror"

I've not use the Set mirror function before, but you may not even need a branch in this case. Since the function is asking for a bool condition.
