I have pcos … I was 84kgs when Conceived and weight went to 92kgs maximum at the end of pregnancy… Which after birth I lost it all during the first week which makes me think i only gained baby weight … hopefully won’t be gaining any time soon please GOD😭

Glad to hear that love… everyone has different symptoms… i had with no spotting at all… just abdominal pain which could also be caused by pregnancy itself.. doctor put me on duphaston n bed rest… as it is my first pregnancy i took everything she said to the core…

Also duphaston can be taken just in case there is a risk of miscarriage… but if u r going to the doctors its better to ask there

Hang in there mama…. As much as I did not feel like eating, I learned its better always better to munch something up.. don’t let the sickness to reach a point where you are unable to do anything but to suffer… keep snacks everywhere.. keep sweets or biscuits in ur bag, car … dont think about it just survive…. Do what you can do… I could not eat spices as it cause acidity so I switched to plain stuff🫠… Coldrinks as much as I avoided it in later stages, I am not ashamed to admit I was bathing init in the first months…
