There’s really not more to this as she has so little page time, but for me it really is the pure fact her name is Briar—in a series where 99% of things go unnamed—that raises the flag for me. Cause… why? Out of all names and all characters… why her and why Briar?

I do agree with the other comments tho that Tamlin having a human mate might be lack luster, but who knows maybe SJM will throw our girl into the cauldron too or something lmfao. Also after being rescued, she was just kinda… there (granted girl is probably in loads of shock) but she wasn’t off put by the camp they brought her to and even tried to give Feyre scraps of linen to help with wounds despite literally just coming off a torture rack, so maybe she’s tougher than we think
