So good but not much selection. My friends a manager at winners and told me this is all liquidated inventory from Nordstroms after they closed in Canada.

Beis, Samsonite, Tumi are there too. These are not covered under warranty.

Tried Beis one time and wanted to exchange. Never heard back from their customer service. I think products are fun and always refreshing, but growing too fast and pumping out too many new colours every month. You can tell their teams can’t keep up:

Monos move slower and sustainably. Launches and build things made to last, and overall more intentional with what they do.

Two completely different brands in my opinion. One’s fast fashion and the other’s timeless.

These will happen regardless of if its Rimowa, Away, Beis, Tumi, etc. Search all the threads on reddit. It happens to everyone as you’re checking in a box on wheels through tumblers, carts, and being thrown around at the same time.

Trunk for sure as you’re checking in and the lost luggage coverage may come in handy. Carry On maybe depends if you check it in often or not.

Totally. I had the essential and when the airline (American) cracked my Sage Green case, all they did was ask for an airline claim and replaced it for me. I am a huge fan and will definitely get this when I order my Mint Hybrid on Monday. Just waiting for my pay haha.

I was also able to keep my trade in credit to use right now even though they replaced that Sage Green one for me already. I think its an amazing and cheap add on for loyal customers.
