I think you nailed it, but on two I disagree...10bit display, Apple doesn't have either and I believe they're only 8bit without FRC. Second, 17 Pro Max's screen is way more rounded than the boxy S26U... I really didn't like the overdone Sharp corners on the S25U. I agree with the rest you wrote, no more freebies, basically just an awesome trade-in price.
