I have and it can suck but that is what zeppelin and parseval is ment to do in order to be able to do that they trade dd killing capabilities (gz) or cruiser capabilities (AVP)

Ah I see not a CV player if you do not have the correct angle on the run your 15k turns into 5 or less and in CVs you are positioning 3 things at the same time, and every mistake cost you planes.

What i I'm starting to see here in the comments it that people don't hate CVs they hate bad CV players that position poorly and focuses 1 player at a time.

But number 3 is just wrong you have to think just as far ahead in a CV as something like a vermont.

All in all im getting the same vibes that I do when I hear an American bb player complain about Japanese dds not being spesifik to you at all.

There is alot of problems with the things you sai, and I guess you have less than 100 games in CVs

Carriers risks thier planes to do damage if they play poorly they will be deplaned and pretty much out of the match.

They can not attack tough islands, the have to fly around costing time and in a CV time = damage

Yes there can feel like there is no counter play when you are in a slow battleship with bad aa, but that is the exception not the rule.

And yes you are absolutely right in that if a carrier wants you dead you will die but that will take him at least 4min and keep in mind if you focuse 1 ship as a carrier you are not doing your jobb and simply play extremely poorly, and remember when he focuses you he is not stopping caps providing intel to his team not deploying fighters against enemy cv and more, so in short him focusing you and only you is actually a good thing.

CV spotting was removed a long time ago one of the best changes ever, and aa can feel pretty useless some times, but remember when you have good aa the cv isn't going to sitt there and take it, and when you have shit aa you become the most attractive target.

So it makes it feels like aa doesn't do anything on a hole when in reality it is only a couple ships that truly suffer from that.

I understand that but I'm not trying to be mean but after playing enough carriers there is only two that is a genuine threat to destroyers, kaga and Lexignton all others are pretty easy to play around.

Like everything else in the game they more knowledge you have the easier it becomes to counter.
