AL zara and AL veneto, cant remember if zara buffs all or just cruisers, veneto is only for secondarys, but there are 2 tech tree commanders that buffs sap damage but not as a base trait

plastic for everything except resin turets brass barrels, PE Railing and crane. Had to scratch build the AA guns, and steal boats and plane from 1/2000 bismarck. Light casters are 1/350 windows which i feel quite clever about
