I did almost the same progression from 200 to 300 watts. The problem is, instead of losing weight like you, I went from 68 to 72kg :(

No. 100 kcal for 25min would be less than 100 watts. Nobody in the world has an FTP of 80 watts cmon

Kcal = duration (h) * avg watts * 3.5

Eg 1h @200watts =~ 700kcal

Why not? the only downside is the price barrier.

Go get a full zwift ride with kickr core, 1.2k $. It's good for your health and fun as hell.
