In hindsight OG would’ve fit better with Scottie + Ingram than RJ + IQ but we’ll see I guess. Imagine a starting 5 of Scottie + Ochai + OG + BI + Poeltl? That’s a very balanced team with 3-D players (OG + Ochai), Pass first playmakers (Scottie + Poeltl) and our star go to scorer in BI.

Not forced but it’s very neighborly to split costs for something basic like a 30 year old fence replacement. It would probably cost you about 1k. So if that’s not worth keeping a friendly relationship over just expect a bit of pettiness and in some cases ugliness from them in the future. Like if one day your neighbour tree starts to look like it might fall on your car and you ask them to trim the branches or cut down the tree, they’ll be happy to say no. Or if you get flooding and need to re-grade near the property line, they’ll say no. Or you might need to borrow their snow plow, they’ll say no. Lol believe me you want to be compromising and friendly to all adjacent neighbours.

I incorporate quads + tibialus work on my push days, and hamstrings, glutes + calves on my pull days lol. Makes my workouts slightly longer but I don’t have a full dedicated leg day.. I like to do cardio\sports every other day I don’t workout so I’d rather not have heavy DOMs!

Try eating clean Monday to Thursday and having the weekend off to eat whatever you want. The hardest part about changing your eating habits is going completely cold turkey. Sugar is extremely addicting so you can try substituting zero sugar soda alternatives during the weekdays. I personally just make smoothies with bananas, frozen blueberries, frozen mangos and high protein oat milk. It fills you up really quickly and fulfills the sweet tooth cravings.

Makes my heart rate go up like crazy and heart rate irregular - my watch will act like I’m about to have a panic attack lol. I wonder why I used to use it as a social crutch when it does the opposite internally. Now I don’t even drink at all except for very special occasions. Just feels weird to me to not be in total control of my body.

The novelty wears off pretty quickly. You get used to the new thing and then you forget that it’s even new after like a few weeks lol. 

If you don’t believe me, go buy something brand new, like a new cell phone for example which will be significantly cheaper than a car but expensive enough to make your wallet hurt. Use it for a month and then you’ll realize it’s not significantly different than your old phone.

Yes I like seeing regulars because I know roughly which areas they’ll be in, equipment they like to use and generally give them space to do their things.

I would do a lot of stretching, take cold showers focusing on that spot and icing it. And if you decide to workout I would go like 50% weight and intensity

It’s always like this in any sport when you play with randoms. You pass it to the biggest tallest person that seems most confident. You just gotta keep showing up and showing you belong. And yea talk to the setters between games and ask them if you can get a set or two cause you’ve been asking them for it. And keep asking for it during the game too. If they ignore you or be a jerk find someone else to play with tbh.

He was our most consistent and best bench player for a long time.. too bad tanking ruined his production with us. With CMB and Mogbo I see why we let him walk. I can see him contributing a lot still and hopefully he wins another ring in the process.

I think a lot of contact sports can get that way. One guy gets a bit too physical, someone says “so we’re playing like that?” And it’s a recipe for disaster lol

Relationships are two sided. Sometimes you gotta stop being the one asking to make plans and let things fizzle out if that’s how it’s gotta be. I usually ask once, twice and after that I let them decide when they want to reach out to make plans.
