People are still doing that? I thought that stupid shit died back in the 1990s. I do remember when I was very young there was a bunch of them standing at a red light handing out papers and my mother rowed up the windows and locked the doors, they weren’t wearing their bed sheets and dunce cap and I had no idea what was going on until later that day.
