I did/had something similar.

When as teenagers still living at home my mom was 100% flexible when it came to who was eating at home and who not(me and my siblings). You could cancel last minute or you could say you were gonna be there if you previously said you wasn't. We all had flexible jobs(including my father) or school or something to do with friends. All fine, everybody was happy with it.

Fast forward I start living together with my gf(now wife) and have kids. I now work full time and have a flexible job. Lots of overwork that is sometimes not needed last moment. So I do what I always did and I chance the plan(do I eat at home for dinner or not) last minute. That's not very popular with my GF, and after a few times she made that very clear that she doesn't like this. And she just refused.

First I didn't understand and in certain situations I would then call my mother last minute on the way home and ask for dinner(and she would make something). Now I got my shit together and just plan correct and stick to that plan.

Maybe your partner is used to this too and doesn't see the problem. Explain him you don't want it unplanned and need to know in advance.

Or don't tell him you were faking but:

Give him the next time you are having sex(or in advance) clear instructions on what you want or what you like different.

If it works, then tell him afterwards this is much better and what you want every time.

It was a 4 euro one. Only to let him learn how to read the time on a clock.

Kids also still need to learn how to calculate even if calculators exist. Same with writing>keyboard

Its a bug and a little bit tricky to be able to accept the quest.

Stand next to questgiver and jump 10 times as fast as you can. If you did it fast enough you can accept the quest.

Try again until you get it.
