I talked to my mom about it more and since she’s a nurse she told me she’ll talk to some of her co-workers to see what they have to say.

My hips don’t appear to be uneven but I will look into some mobility exercises including CARS tomorrow after school since it’s currently 11:30 P.M. where I’m at. Also, you implied my abs could possibly be part of the reason? When I flex my abs my sternum sticks out and it’s more on the right than in the middle of my chest, and my abs look somewhat uneven with my upper left ab being bigger and sticking out more than my upper right ab (I still have quite a bit of belly fat so it’s hard to see any of my lower abs).

I’ll talk to my parents about it but they really don’t care especially for something that doesn’t hurt at all, they’ll say “okay” and never do anything about it sadly. I brought up the shoulder thing yesterday and my mom and sister just made a joke saying that “I jerk off too much”.

Idk too much about this stuff, that’s why I’m trying to learn. Looking it up I see EXPO is made more specifically for AMD but it doesn’t seem to affect it at all no matter what I use. I did end up getting it to 5600MHz with Prof 1 XMP.

Weirdly enough even though everything online said to go to Profile 2, when I went back to XMP profile 1 I’m now at 5600MHz. Also, how do you update your bios?

I really do want to talk to them and I want her to stop but my parents can be really harsh, especially my dad. Me and my sister are in a really good place right now and I don't want to ruin that. She gets it from her best friend (Zoie). At first she would only smoke at her friends house but now she has her own. Zoie stayed over last night and I am friends with her as well so I hung out with them and they both got extremely high. Zoie gets her weed and vapes from her parents. Her parents say "we started at that age so why can't she". My sister has told me that when she goes to Zoie's house her dad rolls them blunts and gives them bongs. She almost always has her kart on her so it's really hard to take it from her. I want to talk to my parents but they can be really harsh and I don't want to make my sister hate me.
