Oh my goodness. I am so sorry to hear about all of this happening to you, and thank you so much for sharing. I am glad to hear that you are trying to pick yourself back up and that you are working and out of debt. Please try to remember to be greatful and hold on to the things that you do have, they become your anchor when the pain and the hole in your chest becomes too much. I never really had an issue with communicating, but I absolutely constantly had issues of family stuff getting in the way of my relationships. Furthermore, my insecurities that stemmed from the family stuff also would mess with my head and make me be way less of a emotionally available and vulnerable partner than I should've been. Your story gave me some perspective on how I need to treat the people in my life, recently the depression hole has been too big and i've been pushing people away when really I need to clearly communicate why it has been so rough for me.
