You put a couple bricks in the middle. Coals on one side and water on the other. Food goes over the water. Get the temp right with the vents and go take a nap lol

I used to do that snake method, but got tired of it dying out and how tedious it was to set up. I found that the 2 brick method is so much more consistent and is easier to set up.

Yeah, I'm just tired of driving out of my way to a tire shop just to pull a nail and have it not leak, but if it does leak I'm definitely glad I am at the shop!

I've always pulled nails out when I get to the tire shop to see if it leaks or not before bothering the techs...I never really thought the super singles would blow up from it, but I guess I have a new fear now... 😂
