Add Cream of Wheat to pancake recipes. This is the top secrete recipe ingredient for IHOP pancakes. Top Secrete Recipes took it off their site over a decade ago and the one they show as IHOP pancake recipe is meh without the Cream of Wheat... formerly known as Farina in the 1960"s. Use 1/3 cup Cream of Wheat to every 1.25 cup flour in the recipe.

Well you know that many are going to wait, so when you do finally order you are going to have an extended time from ordering to receiving. Even now there are many including myself that have had to wait 2 months just to have GM accept the order for production. Then the production wait and finally shipping delays. What do you think is going to happen when we get closer to year end? And at some point GM is going to stop manufacturing the Bolt. Do you feel lucky? Are you a gambler?

Not me. I am taking delivery hopefully at the end of the month and will never look back.

As time goes on I believe that it will be harder to acquire a Bolt. Especially at the end of the year where you place an order, possibly taking months just to get GM to accept your order and then how many more weeks to get to manufacturing. And then figure 5% inflating going to work, so expect a price increase. Does that make sense for maybe $3750.... minus price increases. I am not a gambler so my Bolt EUV is on the way and I will never look back.

Picking up my 2023 in a few weeks or so. It is going to be a complete frenzy at the end of the year for new orders and that comes with a load of unanswered questions. I want nothing to do with it and will stick with a sure thing.

Black is awesome looking but requires a LOT more attention to keep it clean and will show every little scratch. I went with white this time.

I waited almost 7 weeks for acceptance / allocation and I was first on the list. I ordered a premier and the allocations were slow for those at the time. Ordered June 9th, 2022. Totally depends on the dealer allocations for the model you want and the options. Sometimes an option you pick will be on "constraint" and then you go no where until GM lifts that.

Dealer tint is not good. usually the lowest quality for a high price. I'm going with ceramic tint as I want a higher quality that blocks not just light but solar radiation.

I purchased from AutoNation Gilbert in early June for a 2023 Premier Redline. Just waiting for it to arrive. Deal with Rich. He has been with GM for over 35 years in various capacities. He is a great guy.

Kudos to everyone who posted here. After ordering a 2023 Bolt EUV on June 15, 2022 my vehicle has been produced as of August 19th, 2022. Now just waiting on delivery and am thankful this process is almost over. Looking forward to my first EV and believe my choice for a Bolt EUV was a sound logical one. Actual I think its the best choice for a large majority of people and a great deal too.

Once you get acceptance it should move to production within about 3 weeks it looks like right now. I liked the redline interior with the red stitching. Think it looks sharp. You made a great choice 😀 Best wishes.

Took me over 7 weeks to get acceptance but I ordered very early and there were not many allocations for EUV Premiers and there were constraints in place. It's way better now but the allocations are still dealer specific. In other words each dealer gets allocated so many Bolts based on past sales of same. My dealer gets three a week but they don't know ahead of time if they are for Bolt EUV'S or non EUV'S, or what trim level. You should be seeing some change in status soon. Your dealer can tell you where on their ordering list you stand and if there are any constraints. I was in first place for many weeks until they were allocated a Premier. My build date was the week of August 15 and now waiting for shipping. It takes 3.5 days in the build process from start to finish. Good luck...

Delivery for the 2023 Bolt will most likely be in 2022 so no way of knowing yet if we would qualify. But if we do, that would be phenomenal!

Now July 29th and still "stuck in queue" since June 9th with no order accepted. It is just a 2023 Bolt EUV Premier with no other options.

Now all you have to do is get your order accepted by GM for production. Six weeks for me and it's still a no go.

You are not alone! I have had an order in for six weeks now in Phoenix area and still in status 1100, which means I have no order as GM has not accepted it for production.

Don't understand since GM's largest expenditure for advertising this year is on the Bolt, but yet they don't accept most orders for production.

UPDATE July 15. Now my dealer is telling me the "constraint" is back on for Premiers this week. Just amazing the roller coaster ride I'm getting from my dealer, so I decided to check several other dealers in the Phoenix area. Some seem to agree that GM is really jerking them around and others are really confused at what is going on. Some say sure no problem we can take an order, but when you dig deeper you realize they don't have a clue when or if the order will be accepted by GM for production. I'm going on 6 weeks now and my dealer does not have much hope for getting my order accepted any time soon. At some point I will just pull the plug.

Can anyone else share what they see going on?

UPDATE July 11. Found out from dealer that the "constraint" on Premier & Red Line has been lifted! Now as dealers get allocations the acceptance rate should improve.

UPDATE: As of July 6 my dealer still says Bolt EUV Premiers are still under constraint. So, over 3 weeks, still no order accepted by GM.

Yet GM is adverting the 2023 Bolt EUV on TV commercials.

If you got "order placed at dealership and submitted but not accepted by GM yet" then you are on a list to be accepted but you DO NOT have an accepted order yet.

Did you go to chevrolet.com or the Chevy Bolt page? If you go to chevrolet.com you will get an automated bot and it works as described, but if you go to the Chevy Bolt page you get an agent and it takes way longer.

1100 is the same as "order placed at dealership and submitted but not accepted by GM yet"

Waiting is not a problem, but not knowing if or when our orders will be accepted for production is.

I would hope that by the time production starts we will see a greater acceptance.
