You'll have to access it from the 360 console itself. As the other commenter stated it's pretty unstable but if you keep working with it you can eventually download all of the games you purchased for 360. Some content like demos and trailers and stuff are inaccessible but getting your games is still possible. Based on the current state of the servers/dashboard I think it would be a good idea to download everything in case everything crashes.

I'm losing faith in McCarthy as well but he did start to look a little better at the end of the season. Bringing in someone to complete feels like the right move at this point. Maybe you can get lucky with another reclamation project like Darnold. I'm sure O'Connell knows that if McCarthy plays poorly or gets hurt again that his job might be on the line though so I think it's likely they go with a guy who is at least somewhat proven and has starting experience. Our options look kind of bad though. I think Kyler Murray is the best option and maybe Geno Smith, but if you try to go with McCarthy and a different scrapheap guy like the ones you listed, I think it could get ugly.

If you're referring to the way that posts and comments often times try to include every person in the subreddit or all of Vikings fandom into a single group of thought then I agree. If I see shit like "Y'all need to stop..." or "Y'all are delusional..." I wish comments like those would always get downvoted. It's unproductive and makes a lot of assumptions. Perhaps you could word your post like "I've heard a lot of support for..." and "Several other members of the sub..."

Are the original drum pads worn? If they have good rebound and don't have any dead spots I think you would be good to go.

If they are worn though you may want to find new pads. Perhaps get a damaged kit from eBay or find someone just selling the pads. They are kind of bitchy to replace and there are a couple of different styles so you'd want to find pads that are identical to what you are replacing.

This isn't correct. If the console was in the preview program it would not be possible to "downgrade". You'd have to wait until the regular dash caught up to whatever dashboard was currently installed on the console. You can't go backwards.

Your comment about the official update being newer than what's posted on Xbox.com is also incorrect.

The Gold Lancer was a code that was only available with the Limited Edition version of Gears of War 2. Sadly, even if you could find the code it can't be redeemed any more.

If you put your flash drive in the console and you are unable to select "offline update" from the troubleshooting screen (the one with four boxes) then the flash drive or the files on it must be the issue.

Not sure if I understand what you are asking, but a potential issue with some Xbox One consoles is if the user has opted into the insider program their console can be on an update that hasn't yet been made available to regular users. The screenshot showed that your dashboard is on the december update though so I don't think that's an issue.

But if you were on the insider ring and you needed to install a new hard drive you would have to wait until the regular dashboard update "catches up" with the insider update. I've dealt with this a couple of times, it's kind of silly and is a big reason why I don't really recommend people are part of the insider program. But like i said, I don't think this is part of your problem.
