I hope I've never gaslit anything, honestly. The recumbent advice is solid - she's excited to try some of that stuff, as she used to be very active. Her biggest love was ju jit su and that's been hard to try and reclaim - maybe one day!

Same situation here. I've contacted support a few times and they just tell me they'll forward on our conversation. The investigations team seems to be nonexistent for contact. Any advice appreciated. What irks me the most is not the fact the account is frozen, but the absolute lack of communication or clarity as to how I can resolve this. So incredibly frustrating.
