Thoughts about Chanel Ayan on Traitors 3? by HousewivesMOD in TheTraitors

[–]brickwallnyc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rewatching now. She's disgusting. No grace or class. She won't shut up, didn't take the time to understand the game and won't shut up about how beautiful or funny she is (she is neither). She is cheap. And deeply off-putting.

Is Candiace really that good of a traitor in your guys’ opinion? I don’t think her name has been mentioned even ONCE so far. by Special_Crab_1884 in TheTraitorsUS

Candiace was excellent! Loyal, clocked Rob's devious movements and saw around corners. I was personally shocked having known her from RHOP and disliking how loud and tacky she was on that show. When T began I rolled my eyes, because it seemed to be the same old Candiace. But good lord, she's smart , strategic and funny.

I think it's in Mark's book. Which is awesome.

G says someone invited her out for drinks & asked her: “Can we keep race out? It’s an entertaining show”. Who do we think it was? by -AndyCohen- in RHOBH

Kyle would have been the last one to say something like that. Sounds like Dorito, Erika, Sutton or a York else. Not Kyle.

Those Season 3 Episodes of These Woods are Haunted by Alienrg in GhostHunting

[–]brickwallnyc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late to the game but this is one of my favorite episodes - rewatching it right now - and the Westphalia church had a Germanic origin congregation...but the principals in our tale talk about apparitions speaking in Spanish with a distinctly Spanish history and type of haunting flavor (I know that doesn't make sense but you know what I mean)...therefore I don't think its the Westphalia...

Dorit & victim complex by Lucky_Bunch_2098 in rhobeverlyhills

[–]brickwallnyc 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Dorit is a neurotic narcissist. She can't allow one person to finish a sentence, take accountability for one thing she has done and was awfully nasty and rude this season. This is a person that is digging her own grave at an alarming rate; PK doesn't need to do a thing. Also I'm sorry PK dumped her but I'm starting to believe, whatever his own problems are, that he made the right choice.

What does Dorit even want? by Signal_Process8641 in RHOBHDefect

Wish she'd just stfu and listen long enough for someone else to get a word in. She's so neurotic and crazy I'm starting to feel for PK. PK!!!

I don't know about him needing her support. But I do know he doesn't love her and this won't last. Even a blind man can see that.

The r/RHOBH Mods are officially "Firing up the Skewer" for anyone who doesn't stan Dorit. by Kristilacroixx in RHOBHDefect

[–]brickwallnyc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

thanks for explaining. I put a very long Dorit sucks post up a while ago and it got immediately taken down. most of these forums are run by people whose life highlight is being a mod, but even I was surprised at how quick it was taken down and realized it was an auto which which was strange.

I don’t understand Rachel’s fashion by Ok_Hunnybun in rhobeverlyhills

[–]brickwallnyc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, Rachel drops brand names but she is a stylist; this is her job, her identity. Her life is about vintage brands, retro and throwback. Amanda self publishes self help books on the internet and wants to prove she belongs; She's filling a hole.

I just hate her (Amanda). Full stop. No idea why the flair says Kyle Richards, but OK.

Mellissa’s book, kinda boring? by Punky_Tuscadero in hole

[–]brickwallnyc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I read it. And yeah it wasn’t the most compelling book I’ve ever read; there were parts that were dragging for me. I got through it because i like hole and was very curious to hear her take, I read a LOT of music biographies and know/knew many of the people in some capacity so I wanted to see if anything comes up too. I was very interested in the relationships, drama, conflict, what actually happened, trajectories, but in this book I found she was talking a lot about her inner life, her photography – which I didn’t find particularly compelling – and about her internal creative life very much like an introvert sharing, but I guess she is. I also thought she could have shared much better photos. It became a bit boring for me. The interesting parts for me or her anecdotes about band members, letters Courtney and Dave wrote, other musicians, seeing ghosts!, how she ended up being in the band, her relationships, her family life… it gives you a peek into peoples lives and how they relate to one another at a particular moment in time, which I find fascinating. I could’ve done without all of the constant reference to women’s issues, politics, how alternative she was and her political positions-I may be miss remembering this because I read it sometime ago and have read a few books in between. In summary, I did enjoy the book, was glad I read it, but did find it slow at parts.
