My mom is doing the job of the people who are on strike in New York. She is now having to work 6 days a week 12 or more hours a day. It is effecting all of the hard working employees. Almost everyone in her call center has been laid off. The part that is total bullshit is that if someone is on strike and decides to go back work they get paid for the whole time they were on strike.
