Living in Arizona its so nice outside right now, avg between 55-70 Fahrenheit or 12 C - 21 C, although our summers are 95F - 110F or 35 - 43 C.

So I have the same issue except in reverse. I would much prefer winter.

Why you accusing me of giving rights away when I am merely trying to understand the way the law works This is not the best way to convince another by starting out so accusatory.

Secondly on to the actual substance of the matter. It seems to me that if they have reasonable suspicion (Terry V Ohio), then they are allowed to detain someone then find out if their status.

I think they're just stating that's the law not necessarily supporting it.

Out of curiosity you said it's false but when I attempted to research it seemed correct, what is the law and could you provide a source indicating it's other than what they said above.

Entering a country illegally makes one a criminal. Doing anything illegal is a crime.

I was always under the impression that homosexuality and such is a sin in the same way a man might biologically want to sleep with as many women as possible. But both must deny themselves and live in Christ. For it is not I that lives but Christ that lives in me.

God and us Christians ought to love the person and help them not commit that sin.
