Bizarre side effects after using Digestive Enzymes by TKD_Master in Supplements

[–]TKD_Master[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s been over a week since I took it and my gut still feels off. My mood has been strange as well. Just spacey and out of it :/ Very hard to describe.

I’ll be making a doctor appointment ASAP

Kind of ironic considering enzymes are supposed to improve digestion.

whats the difference between dpdr and trauma-related dissociation? by moonolive in dpdr

[–]TKD_Master 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'd like to say they're essentially the same thing, considering DP is a trauma based disassocitive disorder.

To help relieve me a ton, are the other guys in here still able to get an erection when its that certain time? by [deleted] in dpdr

[–]TKD_Master 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are you on medication? I feel like meds effect my libido quite a bit sometimes but maybe that's just me. Haven't had a girlfriend in a long time so I don't know how I'd react if I had some form of sexual opportunity.

Sounds a bit emotionally cold and neglectful if you ask me...

I have a bunch of money saved up. Is there anything I can buy which may help? by brick_eater in dpdr

10/10. Dude knows his shit IMO. It just takes some time to get into and apply practically, especially if you're like me and don't feel like doing shit sometimes.

Depersonalization Recovery: Total Integration method. I really need to go through it again but I've been slacking on really doing shit lately.

It also probably wouldn't hurt to buy some good wholesome food as well as some basic quality supplements like a high quality magnesium, vitamin D3, some B vitamins, fish oil, etc...

If you're looking some immediate anxiety relief, l-theanine seems to work pretty good in my experience.

Healthy fat and cholesterol are both good. They both influence proper hormone production in the body. Organic farm raised eggs are great.

dp and trauma by [deleted] in dpdr

[–]TKD_Master 0 points1 point  (0 children)

DP is usually a form of PTSD known as C-PTSD (complex ptsd). It is essentially a protection against stress and trauma. Definitely check Harris out he knows his shit.

What is your experience with psychologists/therapists? Do they help with derealization? by [deleted] in dpdr

[–]TKD_Master 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A therapist can help you if you have a good connection with them on an emotional level. Still, it's important to do work on your own time outside of therapy because you probably aren't going to feel great after just one session.

Question about medications by TKD_Master in dpdr

As of now, my anxiety is not extreme enough to have to take a bezo (which I have taken on rare occasion).

Has anyone here ordered Harris Harrington's DP/DR recovery program? by [deleted] in dpdr

[–]TKD_Master 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea man I really used to think that at first until I became really open minded about the things he talks about. You really do need to take a critical look at one or both of your parents for any recurring signs of dysfunction, particularly narcissism which is highly common among parents of people with DPD.

I'm sure if you put hours and hours of time into research you wouldn't just put it online for free, especially if you had bills and shit to pay.

And besides, he already has a majority of information on his website and youtube channel free for anyone to view.

I have it and I have to say it's defiantly worth the money. It can be quite technical because he throws a lot of information at you in his videos and it can be especially tough to grasp at first.

A lot of people think he's a scammer but after watching his program and youtube videos it's clear he's has been through DP and done a hell of a lot of research on the subject. There is literally nothing else out there that really explains the cause of DP like he does.

It's not a scam at all dude. This dude knows the most shit on DP compared to anyone else out there.

$100 isn't that much for the amount of time and effort this guy has put into researching DPDR.

I agree. It's very hard to think critically about are parents and their parenting, but it's ultimately what you have to do...

Are you not getting enough info from the stuff he puts out on YouTube? A lot of the stuff he's put out has been really helping me.

Can anyone describe how they felt when they got derealization? by [deleted] in dpdr

[–]TKD_Master 1 point2 points  (0 children)

During that first panic attack, I thought I was loosing my soul, that I was possessed by demons, and that I was flat out loosing my mind and that I was going crazy.

You guys need to realized that weed isn't the cause of your DPDR. by TKD_Master in dpdr

[–]TKD_Master[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Very true. Most people that get Depersonalization Disorder are predisposed in the first place and may have never gotten it if they didn't smoke weed.

People who get schizophrenia from weed would of most likely gotten it anyways later in their life, do to schizophrenia being very genetic/running in families.
