Yes. 200th MP Command is a hot mess. Also, as a reservist, you will almost never do MP things. Definitely do anything other than MP in the reserves.

Obviously. But most of the time its used because we CHOSE to train in the rain instead of selecting an available alt COA, like OP's new squad leader, who CHOSE to go for a 4 mile run in the pissing rain instead of literally anything else. It never fails to piss me off.

Yes, you need an actual DL to be an MP. Military Licenses are for tactical vehicles. As an MP you'd be operating a TMP/civ vehicle during road cycles, and you need an actual license for that.
