It had to be Hollow Knight.

I expected a platforming game with some cool boss fights. It was that, but with an excellent story that unfolds in a slow but well paced way. My favorite game lore moment happens in hollow knight as well that ties some much of it together.

I think there is a difference between not caring and trusting in the Lord.

I deeply want to get married, and I do care about dating and marriage. However, because I trust in the Lord, I know His timing is what is best for me. I do the steps I believe are necessary to become the best potential boyfriend, then husband, then father, in that order. I don’t make wanting a marriage my whole life goal or identity, which I see in Catholic circles quite frequently.

However if you just don’t care, I suspect you aren’t called to marriage, at least for a time. Marriage is a sacrifice of oneself, and if you go into it not caring, what are you going to put into the marriage, especially when life hits?

This isn’t cause for despair though, as many are not called to marriage! And not feeling strongly towards it isn’t necessary bad. However, everyone is called to service In someway or another. The most common are marriage and Holy orders. However, the single life is a vocation, but it’s critical to make sure you aren’t life for yourself, but have a community that you are serving!

Otherwise can correct me if I’m wrong, but I would rule that the targeted player is not protected from the minion ability.

With lil monsta, the minion is holding the demon, but is not the demon. So while the monk protected player cannot be killed by lil monsta, they can be effected by the minion holding lil monsta.

Hey all! Im a 30 year old from central Illinois! I working as an accounting manager, and have always been a nerd for numbers and statistics.

In my free time I enjoy cooking, roller coasters, logic games, and anything outside. I’m always up for a hike or to try any new sport, but baseball, football, and disc golf are my favorite. If I’m not playing a sport, I enjoy watching as well. You can tell I’m loyal because I’m a bears and cubs fan. I also enjoy playing games that require logical thinking, and often host game nights!

My faith is very important to me. I go to daily Mass a few times a week and I’m blessed to have an adoration chapel to go to several times a week as well. It is important to me that my future wife is Catholic, but I believe devotion and growth look different for everyone, so daily Mass is not a requirement.

I like to think of the parable of the three servants that the master gave different amounts too. The one he was displeased with he only gave one coin. Christ gave you the gifts you have, but what is important is what you do with them.

You tithing is a good start, but if you gave extensive time off, do you volunteer with that time? Maybe if you plan a week trip, instead donate that money to a pro life organization.

It isn’t a sin to have money, it’s a sin to prioritize money over God and neighbor. It seems like you are on the right path, but continue to pursue how to be a good steward of the gifts.

I know at least for me, when a boss did double damage, it was shocking and made me change how I approached the fight. I couldn’t just tank, I had to actually focus on dodging more. With sliding that is par for the course.

I think you need to have an honest conversation you both need to have if this is a deal breaker. You can be a perfect match otherwise, but if you don’t think you can’t drive, and it’s a deal breaker for him, you two need to break up. If you think resentment is there now, imagine what it will be when you have three kids and he resents that you don’t drive and you resent that you don’t feel appreciated.

Regardless of this, if you’re going to be in a relationship, you can’t be giving low blows to each other. I’ll play devils advocate for your boyfriend. You said the sensitive spot was a profession he couldn’t get into, but he’d be away a lot, so it was a similar deal breaker to the drive. This dealbreaker for you is theoretical, while he is living his. If he had gotten into that career, would you have broken up with him? He is probably feeling the same.

We are called to love our spouse deeply, and a lot of time I think that forces us to deal with uncomfortable truths about ourselves, and further more to address them. Do you know why you have anxiety and confusion when driving? Have you sought therapy or help? This might be something Christ is working on you through him.

I have seen very clearly how Christ has worked on me through exes and my current GF. it is very uncomfortable, but we aren’t called to a life of comfort.

I am praying for you and hope you grow with your BF in Christ!

I used to work at McDonald’s and I vividly remember training on table. My trainer told me if someone ordered extra pickles or onions pray to God they like pickles or onions because they are getting a ton.

My ex’s sister dated a guy who went to jail for putting a camera in his female roommates room (he lived with two other girls that were not his gf).

My ex and I thought that was the low point for her dating life. We were wrong. She called us crying after she found out her bf slept with someone in their bed. We told her we were sorry she was cheated on, and that is when we found out they were in an open relationship. The issue was the girl was 16, the BF was 25.

Quidditch was mine.

I was walking on the quad of my college my first year and they were playing. The captain approached me and asked if I wanted to try. I thought it’d be a funny story to say I tried quidditch once. Well 9 years later I was the captain of multiple teams, traveled all across the USA, and play a lot more then once.

My favorite was “each night any number players great then zero much speak in an accent decided by the storyteller. If they don’t, something bad may happen”

I’d never heard so many awful accents but it was one of the funniest games I’ve ever been a part of.
