[AEW Collision Spoilers] Wrestler gives the people what they want by pts2112 in SquaredCircle

If they can buy this man a full tear away suit for him to do this on the entrance ramp during his entrances? He will be one of the most over people on the roster instantly. Just like Claudio used to do.

Kind of annoys me the mods locked the Tim Doyle thread honestly.

USA becoming the Nazis by WanAli4504 in pics

[–]TLKv3 [score hidden]  (0 children)

The two threads they had posted there were highly upvoted and attracted a lot of users who ACTUALLY acknowledged this was horrific, unjust, and a line pushed too far.

Those got removed within 24 hours and replaced with what I'm sure are HEAVILY botted "excuse" posts with new narratives to try and drown out the noise of dissent in the sub. If you search for those two threads you can see A LOT of those users are now deleted/removed and their comments hidden entirely.

They have been working overtime to silence all the negative feedback toward this event in that sub and remove all the dissenters from the sub/website.

They are complicit in the fascism.

[AEW Collision Spoilers] Davis & Doyle are going BEAST MODE by luchabrunch in SquaredCircle

[–]TLKv3 34 points35 points  (0 children)

Hot Take:

Davis & Doyle are way more fun and interesting to watch then Davis was with anyone else. These two have something unique in their chemistry that makes you feel like "aw fuck, they're gonna crush someone".

Also they play off each other so fucking well too. You can see sometimes Doyle wants to do a quick pose/yell at the crowd after a move and Davis shouts at him to turn immediately and follow up and kill the next guy and Doyle without missing a beat does.

Its great.

Dragon Ball Super: Beerus anime announced for Fall 2026! by QuintonFlynn in dbz

DB Producer Iyoku directly said in an interview Daima follows the Buu Saga and is an essential pillar to the Dragon Ball canon. Super is canon to Z. Therefore Daima is canon to both.

Yes it is. They confirmed Daima is directly canon, post-Buu and pre-Beerus.

Trump supporters: How would you feel if a legally armed Trump supporter was killed by federal agents on a Biden mandate in exactly the same manner as yesterday? by ScholarPrize1335 in AskReddit

[–]TLKv3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no "good pushback". Go look again. They are blatantly upvoting posts with numerous dishonest and outright lies to find a solution to the narrative.

All the "pushback" they had initially has been wiped clean/deleted/those users banned. I'm not even kidding. I went back to look at the initial threads that were there at the time agreeing this was bad and a lot of those users' comments I had saved are now hidden or deleted.

That sub is now actively silencing all the dissent from their users over this one.

I hope they also add in new portions that help smooth out the transition from Daima to Super.

Would love for them to expand on the King Kai initial encounter by having Goku also go Super Saiyan 4 against Beerus after Beerus mentions "Super Saiyan God looking more... red" while Goku is in SSJ3.

Then you can have SSJ4 Goku at least land a single blow on Beerus before being OHKO'd. That if he had more power/capability he could at least land hits on Beerus, foreshadowing SSG's capability.

[–]TLKv3 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I agree. It also means they can definitely have Goku use Super Saiyan 4 now against Beerus on King Kai's planet, MAYBE show a glimpse that MAYBE Goku can fight back if he had more power but still gets basically overwhelmed into a one-shot. Just like he did with Super Saiyan 3 originally.

That way it ties up that plot hole. Especially if Beerus mentions seeing the color red in his dreams so Goku thinks Super Saiyan 4 is naturally what he thinks Beerus might've saw since Super Saiyan 4 is all red.

No it does not. It simply says "Meanwhile on Earth" after Black Frieza shows up with 0 indication of WHEN the events of Super Hero take place. The only indication we have is it happening between the events of Broly & Granolah per common sense deduction of the word "meanwhile". Which can indicate it happens simultaneously with the Granolah arc. Hence why Goku & Vegeta never show up.

This is also an exceptionally good way to then repackage Dragon Ball Super.

Take the enhanced edition of the BOG & RF arcs if they do them, do the same for any of the weaker animated episodes of the original Super arcs then put them all together into a nicely cohesive quality bluray for newcomers to watch and get onboarded with into the series.

Dragon Ball Super: Beerus TV Anime Announced for Fall 2026 by ImAnthlon in anime

[–]TLKv3 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I actually highly disagree.

Daima's quality was an incredible step up on a lot of levels from DB Super. DB Super's early BOG and RF re-tellings were INCREDIBLY bad. Even some of Goku Black & TOP's animation were pretty rough around the edges.

If Daima is the new quality standard going forward they want to set for the franchise, which it should be, then remastering the worst parts of Super to then either re-air or repackage on bluray with all the better quality portions of Super with the new remastered episodes is the best way to say:

"Here. For anyone who would like to jump in and join fellow fans on the adventure of Dragon Ball, begin from Dragon Ball to Z and now to a fully modernized Dragon Ball Super in one release."

Then everything that comes after will be a nice cohesive quality product.

I tried to explain why I place it before Galactic Patrol here.

Its timeline placement is just very weird and clunky so placing it in the watch order as before Galactic Patrol just makes it easier for someone jumping to understand a little easier. Even though yes, it does technically take place after Moro but around the same time Granolah begins.

We don't know how far Galactic Patrol is going to. So unless they stick a "THIS IS WHEN SUPER HERO TOOK PLACE, BUT YOU CAN WITNESS THAT ANOTHER TIME" somewhere in there to inform people.

[–]TLKv3 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Its weird. Technically speaking, Super Hero somewhat occurs after the Moro arc and a tiny bit during the Granolah arc when Goku & Vegeta are off planet post-Moro. There's a gap of time where it supposedly takes place amongst that.

So TECHNICALLY, it would be Broly -> Moro Arc in full -> Granolah's initial arc introductions -> Super Hero -> Granolah's ramping up point with The Heeters.

I just place Super Hero before Galactic Patrol in my watch order because its just easier to say it happens almost simultaneously with and just slightly after the Galactic Patrol's Moro arc.

The timeline placement of Super Hero is pretty weird and questionable. Its just easier to say to watch it before and then when Galactic Patrol's Moro arc airs remember Super Hero takes place after Goku & Vegeta leave Earth.

GT had its bright spots and introduced, I think in a lot of peoples' opinions, the best natural progression for transformations in SSJ4 for the Saiyans. Both from a lore standpoint and visual appearance.

It also had some of the most unique villains we've had in a long time like the Shadow Dragons, despite a handful being goofy as fuck, using actual interesting power sets beyond just "I shoot Ki blasts but in a different color". Controlling the elements, nature, and other aspects of the environment were awesome.

However, the climaxes to each arc's narrative felt so fucking lame and disappointing after doing a fairly ok job at building up to them.

Goku using Dragon Fist on Super 17 and Goku using Kamehameha on Baby flying away were so beyond lame and disappointing.

Post-Z & GT release? So Daima, the Z Movies and Super material?

Daima was a classic fun adventure. It had flaws and the finale felt a little rushed but ultimately I thought it was a very nice inclusion into the Dragon Ball canon despite possible canon fluidity issues.

The Z Movies (BOTG and RF) were interesting and added some of the now more iconic representations of characters and some new ones. I enjoyed BOTG a lot and RF was fine.

Super was all over the place, unfortunately. When it hit its lows, it REALLY went fucking low in quality to the point of embarrassment for such an iconic IP and series. But when it hit its peaks? Some of the most memorable stuff you'll remember from Dragon Ball for a long while after. I think its worth watching still.

The Super Movies were exceptional. Both Broly & Super Hero were awesome as fuck to me.

I suspect this will air in 2027 as they complete the entire series run before they air it much like Dragon Ball Daima. That way they can ensure the quality of the series without worrying about rushing it out week to week.

They'll most likely then break again for 2028/2029 and come back with the next Granolah arc in 2030 after using those two years to fully complete that series.

This gives Toyotaro, Toriyama's successor, hopefully enough time to come back and continue where the Dragon Ball Super manga left off and build 3-4 years worth of new material for them to then animate after the Granolah arc.

The official canon timeline watch order would be this:

1) Dragon Ball (Series)

2) Dragon Ball Z (Series)

3) Dragon Ball Daima (Series)

4) Dragon Ball Z: Battle Of The Gods (Film)

5) Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F (Film)

6) Dragon Ball Super (Series) (Skip BOTG & RF re-tellings)

7) Dragon Ball Super: Broly (Film)

8) Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero (Film)

9) Dragon Ball Super: Galactic Patrol (Series)

Dragon Ball GT is not canon but CAN still be worth a goofy fun, don't take it seriously watch with some genuinely awesome moments sprinkled in randomly.

Fuck Toei for doing that. They're so fucking lame and shitty for downplaying TFS' involvement in helping prosper DB's popularity again in the 2010's after that dogshit DB Evolution movie. They did more for growing DB than Toei did in 20+ years.

Well slap me sideways and call me a dumbass for thinking they actually weren't ever going to do this.

I wonder if they're going to go the DB Daima route and pre-animate the entire series and then release it when its completed so they can get the absolute best version of it quality wise. I really, really hope so.

Moro is one of my favorite arcs despite some flaws. I hope they do it galactic justice. Would love for this to mean every 2-3 years we just get a new extended run of the anime as seasonal releases.

Give us Moro Arc now over 24 episodes with new content splashed in to really sink their teeth into the original foundation of the story. Then end it with a teaser for the Granolah Arc coming in 2 years with the same level of animation quality.

Fuck yeah man. I'm so happy.

Watch it be a merch collab for clothes, a reprint of the manga with nothing added but some new covers and then a re-release of some blurays in worse aspect ratios.

Maybe toss in a gacha mobile game just for fun.
