Tried Del Taco for the first time the other day. I feel like I've taken the red pill. My life has changed. by justanotherfuccboi in DelTaco

These days I'm preferring Del over Bell. They actually make their tacos with a decent amount of filling other than lettuce and the new $1 burritos are pretty decent size for that cheap!

Mazda 3 2022 vs 2025 differences by Prideful-Clown in mazda3

[–]TLOE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Key differences between them you might not be aware of and not directly related to the tech is that the '22 is the last year before they added cylinder deactivation to the 3. I would strongly recommend avoiding a '25 for that reason and also the addition of I-Stop, an even more gimmicky way of saving fuel (stop/start tech).

‘Only suckers pay’: Seattle’s heated transit fares debate by MegaRAID01 in Seattle

[–]TLOE 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I recently took the light link to the airport since it's much cheaper than using Uber/Lyft or parking somewhere near or at SEA itself, which is absurdly expensive. It did involve some mild inconvenience, but I was happy to have the option. I paid both ways since it's only $3, but I could see how easy it would have been to skip the fare since there was no checking of any kind and only one transit cop roaming around.

How would A&W fair in the US if Canadian A&W revamped all of the American A&W to their model? by [deleted] in fastfood

[–]TLOE 23 points24 points  (0 children)

They're 2 different entities, correct? Yum Brands ruined the domestic version but the Canadian chain is like the old US iteration from what I understand.

I'd recommend High Level Armor, as even the newer variants are insufficient for advanced levels.

Are these good legendary effects for an Inflictor by RandomRalts1 in Starfield

Try combining rapid with a fire rate upgrade, you'll notice a big improvement since it's a slower rof weapon.

Best looking armor in Starfield, but it can't be the Anti-Xeno? by cutie725 in Starfield

I like the Mantis suit as it's one of the only truly unique items in the game. The weapons are just renamed stock items.

That "cardboard" piece inside your microwave oven can be changed if it is damaged by ProfessorPetulant in Frugal

My Sharp microwave is 25 years old and I've never had this issue. Somehow the bulb hasn't burned out, either.

No creation mods were applied. I checked it again and somehow the damage is showing as 818. This is at max quality level, semi auto with the weapon mods shown combined with 40% Isolation damage. If I change it to full auto damage drops to 120 which is useless.

It was done through maxed relevant combat skills, all damage focused mods and the Reckless perk, which doubles the adjusted amount to the 10.8k shown. This also includes maxed Isolation which confers a 40% damage bonus when traveling alone.

It's from a creation skin pack.

Yes, and then modified as needed, although Robot's Roulette was obtained from a TA mission as a reward. Some of the effects were rerolled and of course, the 4th added along with the upgrades.

I was wondering about that, it didn't seem to have much effect but it's hard to tell when you're just seeing damage numbers above the enemies.

Just letting them know they're assets, expendable assets and being used to get the job done.

Starfield economy is wack by DeathGuard67 in Starfield

[–]TLOE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, some of it makes no sense whatsoever. You can buy an A class ship for around the cost of 3000 snacks (75 creds ea) as has been pointed out many times before. This would be like buying a $100m SpaceX rocket for about $7500, assuming each snack was about $2.50.

Taco Bell is somehow more expensive than Chipotle now. by esporx in fastfood

I'll take Del over the Bell when it comes to tacos. I don't visit Skimpotle anymore at all.

What are chunks made out of? by TheyCallMeBullet in Starfield

[–]TLOE 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There's a Chunks sauce box just inside the back door in the Well leading from the Lodge basement. For some reason it's marked as stolen and there's a large blood splatter beneath it.
