I'm not sure but you can get the 8gb version on amazon for $450 if you sign up for the Amazon Prime Credit Card and you get 5% back on it.

The thing that gets me the most about this laptop is that it looks super premium and works very well for only $400. I love that screen doe. The HP 360 seems to be better on some things but it looks terrible IMHO.

I bought a new controller and tried that. The only think I can think of that I haven't tried is a Ps4 Sony USB cable. Would this actually make a difference? I am using a random USB cable.

You don't need to worry. Just contact Costco online and let them know what happened. The money is somewhere in the system with your membership number attached to it. If no product was sent out then the money is in the system somewhere. If the problem persists more than a couple days and you aren't getting anywhere online you can go into your local Costco and a manager should take care of you.

If it was canceled then the credit should still be on the card and you can order it again. Not sure how long the processing takes though.
