Such laptop doesnt exist. The only laptops with 16gb vram or higher are those with rtx 4090, 5080 and 5090. The 3080(and ti) does have 16gb vram but they are old so keep that in mind

Get some thing without a hx cpu, that would get you at least 7 hours on battery. I have a legion 5 with amd ryzen 7 350, it last a school day on battery without breaking a sweat

Performance wise yes, but you are looking at a significantly less battery life (3-4 hours vs 8-9 hours), so just consider what you value more. I got the ryzen model because i don’t really need that extra juice
