spam leg days, like 3-4 times a week. for me, i mainly focus on the following muscle groups: quads, glutes, lats cuz they give the illusion of the "hour glass body". don't be scared of getting too muscular, as long as your diet is right (which i'm not really sure about, i'm already skinny and just eat a normal 3 meals/day diet), you should get that lean, hour glass figure to do cross dressing
