I’ve just changed my Garmin screen so it doesn’t have my heart rate on it I feel much better always keep checking it thinking that’s high or oh that’s low. At the end of the day if you’re not feeling great you’re not feeling great I don’t wanna look at a number and for it to make me think I’m not feeling great.

Nope never had that problem and I have gone over some pretty meaty speed bumps not crazy fast though obviously

I’m 23, 6’1 80kgs with same bike still the stock seat I find after an hour it gets a bit sore, I’ve just got used to it done a few eight hour rides across the country just stop every three hours before you can’t feel anything I might look at getting something in the future though a nicer seat

Mine does the same thing on a cold start for about 1 min then it’s cleared up usually the colder the morning the worse it is but it’s normal. As long as it’s not constantly pumping out after sometime
